Just Give Me 10 Days - Round 315

🎷 67 yrs young F, 5ft 4 Round 315 (my 245th).
Goals for every round;
- First and foremost, no feeding frenzies – I am not a shark or even a piranha!
- to weigh less at the end of the round than the start
- be happy because I feel that I have made the round count at the end
- to have a totally 10-day binge free round.
- Would like to lose a pound round.
I need to remain consistent - it does work! Good luck for success everyone.
Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, it’s taken me 75 rounds to achieve target of 130 = back to maintenance!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back to around 135. A healthy lifestyle must be a permanent way of life.
Updated 20.08.24 – I met up with youngest DB, first time after his DP passed away at the way too early age of 46. DB lives a long way from us, we see him very infrequently & is very introvert, so not a sharer of info 😞. However, he finally opened up to me, it seems that his DPs bad health leading to heart failure followed by kidney, liver failure & then a massive stroke, was originally caused by heavy drinking. By the time he realised he was abusing his body and went teetotal, the damage was too late to reverse. He was on the list for a heart transplant, but his other organs gave up before one became available. This has made me think about how I am abusing my body when I have binges with way too much sugar, fat & salt. I know I am a food addict. I'm going to try to think about this when I am tempted to overindulge, I need to start respecting my body more and think about whether I want to be in the best health I can be. My body has served me so well for 67 years, it deserves to be given the best chance to keep serving me well & I've been really lucky that life has not dealt me a raw health deal, so I must not jeopardize that luck.
I am the driver in my life & not the passenger, I need to drive my life to a healthy life."Health is wealth".
11/16 139.2 (trend 139.9) Very happy with myself this round, moved back into the 139’s (trend is there too today!), recognising that this 1.6 pound loss is due to consistency & no binge. Let’s see if I can lose another pound next round.

11/22 DNW – no structured walking, left home at 5.30 am to head for DS’s home, cared for 2 DGD’s all day & stayed over. Took them to a Christmas Tree festival, also dropped a dozen baby hats that I had knitted at the children’s hospital after I answered the call for some to be donated.
11/23 139.2 (trend 139.6) No structured walking, travelled back home & rain all day.

WOW - this was the goal I set for myself in April 2022… kind of surreal to see this number on the scale this morning!!
I know there will be some back and forth fluctuations the next couple days but I am so proud of myself for the hard work and my commitment to learning about proper nutrition.
Exercise, whether running, lifting weights or even just walking has become my therapy. Learning ways to make food I love with fewer calories, more protein and lots of flavour has become a passion. It has truly been a mindset shift and lifelong change. I am over the moon :)

11/23 - 189.8/ 💧🎯yesterday was a long day. Leaving my sisters home and heading back across the country is getting harder each time I go home. I was last home before this in March the difference in my dad from then to now is so saddening. I hate how dementia robs people of themselves. Unless something comes up I will not be home again till March/April. Mom is ageing quickly now too. She has gone from an energic woman who no one thought was that old to an older woman. I was shocked at how much she has aged, I also realize that really she is just looking her age now.
11/24 - 191.0/🥕 not a great day yesterday. It started out really good but then the trip caught up with me and I crashed. Today is a new day and will be better.11/25 - 190.2/🥕💧🚶➡️Much better day yesterday. Tracked all my food, finally got my steps in. I almost made my goal of 60 active minutes. I have to go through my clothing bins and find pants that are the next size down, the ones I have been wearing are getting too big. I like that I have to keep pulling them up but I also want to wear clothing that fits.

1/17: 159.0 This is my last super crazy busy week, hopefully for a good while! Constant mantra in my head, "you just have to make it through this week, you just have to make it through this week". I'm going take a few minutes this morning and write out a big list for the week and tape it on the wall and cross of things as I accomplish them, think it will help to see that list get smaller and smaller as the week progresses. Some of this is work related, which is what it is, but a lot is stuff I have put on myself - so I have to remind myself, you are this busy because these are things you enjoy & want to do BUT if doing them stresses you out what's the point? So, taking a little mindfulness moment to take a deep breath & enjoy the chaos.
11/18
DNWNeed to move the scale out of our family bathroom, too many mornings when it's time for me to weigh, my husband is there getting ready for work and then I miss my morning weigh-in.11/19: 159.6 No reason, hitting my macros & eating in a deficit - but this is my bodies standard reaction to a big drop (lost .7 on Monday), to bounce back up and then slowly ease back down. Recognizing a pattern is one of the good things about daily weighing - keeps the panic away with these fluctuations happen.
11/20: 159.2 Easing back down
11/21: 158.6 Happy to see this drop this morning! Yesterday was an off-kilter day, too busy, and didn't get to log my food or track, but was just mindful with my eating and happily it worked out! Baking two pies today for my early Thanksgiving this weekend.
11/22
DNWTraveling11/23
DNWTraveling11/24 159.0 Was out of town the last couple of days visiting family and having an early Thanksgiving (won't be having "Thanksgiving" on Thanksgiving) and was not able to weigh or track food. Super pleased with only less than 1/2-pound fluctuation after eating Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday and then out in restaurants yesterday. I think it was probably the wine that got me as I was very mindful of my food portions. Anyway, I'm happy to have not derailed my weight loss and will look forward to dropping back down in the days to come as my schedule returns to normal.
11/25 157.9 Big drop overnight! Not convinced this is a "real number" yet, will see what happens tomorrow to end the round. I'm hosting book club tonight and making lots of food, so I will just have to be super conscious of what I am eating today before this evening and very small portions tonight.

11/22-134-Lots of driving in the last two days but glad to be home and back on track for getting things done around here. Was able to visit my 88 y.o. dad and his 91 y.o. brother.
11/23-133- I’m at my GW but we are taking MIL to a concert and dinner. Had a bowl of beans and cheese and will have a light dinner.11/15-133-Thankfully I started getting things done earlier around here. DH would like four pans of cinnamon rolls to take to work tomorrow. If I get them made and ready to bake, I can refrigerate them over night and it only takes 1:40 min. the next day (tomorrow )to bake and frost them.
As @Skyleen75 talked about “the right fuel for the job”, yesterday I had the ware withal to make two protein drinks for today and tomorrow, so there is no excuse to grab garbage on the go.3 -

Woot! Yesterday was my brunch & knitting day with a friend, but we did no snacking. Good girls!11/19 — 196.2
Not sure what I’ve changed exactly, but I seem to be on the right track. 😊11/20 — 196.4
We’ve been trying some of the meal subscription programs over the past few months—started with Hungry Root, moved on to Home Chef. Food was good with both, but DH does much of the cooking, and he was starting to complain about the time it took to prepare meals (granted I’d probably make them in less time, but didn’t volunteer 🤪). I wasn’t happy with the calories—both of those seem to think 700+ per meal is “calorie conscious.” Not if you’re 5’3” and over 70! Anyway, now we’re two weeks in with Tempo and we’re both loving it! We can each choose our meals, so he gets his pastas etc. and I get ~400 calories. They’re ready to microwave, but never frozen, so everything is as if just prepared—meats are tender and juicy, veggies perfectly cooked. We just heat and plate (to feel more civilized) and enjoy. For us, it’s slightly more expensive than scratch, but no wasted food forgotten in the fridge, so probably really about the same. I just thought I’d mention in case anyone is considering services.11/21 — DNW
11/22 — 196.4
Not much to report! I’ve been doing a little more clearing out—I’d say decluttering, but after all the moving around we did for 10 years, we don’t really have much clutter. But I do have things I’m no longer using, and so far I’ve donated some skinny clothes 🥲, taken some books to the used book store, sold or given away some of my dog-show equipment, and tossed some old files (because do I really need vet records going back 30 years?). Now I’m thinking of cleaning out the shelves in my office/knitting room closet. Most of it is things I’ve made—watercolors I no longer hang and am very unlikely to in the future, a few spare copies of my books (I.e., books I wrote), some weird stuff I’ll never use again. I’ve found in the past that clearing such places makes me feel lighter, which in turn inspires me to
belighter. Such a strange mental link, but it’s there. Other than that, I’ve been doing a lot of knitting and listening to audiobooks and music and pondering how to cozy up my living room. All of which seems to make for less snacking! I do have the holiday baking itch, but I’m resisting. Have a lovely Saturday, all!11/23 - DNW

Holding steady, which I’ll take as a win, especially this time of year. It’s cold and rainy here this morning, but not as cold as forecast for the coming days, so I’m hoping to put the Christmas lights up this afternoon. I’m knitting several projects, but just finished this one. I knit a stocking last year, too—starting a collection! Really fun knit, and it doesn’t have to fit anyone. 😂🤣11/26

11/24- 177.6 ✅ (Trend Weight: 180.3) My magic 7!!!! So happy to see it today. I know it won’t last this week. I travel tomorrow and then there’s the birthday party and two Thanksgiving Feasts coming up, all later this week. But I’m so happy to see me starting a little further from the 180 border. There’s hope! I batch cooked two days ago, red beans & brown rice with simple veggies in order to change up my go-to protein and fiber sources for a few days. Last time I made this I gained weight every day until it was gone, so I ate smaller portions this time. It’s very high calorie and high carb and it’s not my favorite, but I’m proud that I’m at least trying to eat a few vegetables which makes it healthier than my usual fare. This challenge is ending after a travel day for me. I will probably wait at least 24 hours to rid myself of any artificial bloat and return with my final number and true assessment of the damages. It will be more accurate that way and will start me in the next challenge without having to use an inflated number that drops dramatically and artificially.
🦃🦃🦃 11/25- 177.4 ✅ (Trend Weight: 180.0) I’m a little surprised to see the scale down another small notch. No TMI x 2. The batch-cooked red beans and rice are doing the opposite to my system than I thought it would. I’m traveling today for Thanksgiving supplies and birthday gifts for DGS turning 8. He is the one that comes to my house weekly. Long car rides and restaurants are not usually good to me. There will probably be lots of them from now through Christmas so I need to try and stay in control of the situation. I added some strength training for myself and son last night. It was a small start but I usually have to ease him into things. Certain aspects of his autism can definitely get in the way but so far he’s been a trooper.
11/26-xxxxx- (Trend Weight: xxxxx) I’ll come back with this number.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

@antiderivative ~ I hear you re 2025. I concluded that I didn't have anything to look forward to in 2025 and so my whole year was blah…..(along with its ups and downs). Even though I had a milestone birthday … I (me, myself and I), didn't plan anything and nothing was planned and that left me in a funk, that will change for 2026. I'm looking at big plans for July…..

🎷 67 yrs young F, 5ft 4 Round 315 (my 245th).
Goals for every round;
EW Rnd 314 139.2

11/17 139.2 (trend 139.8) – invited by DD & family for Sunday lunch & day with them. Managed to get out early for a brisk 4 mile walk before we left for the hour and a half journey.
11/18 139.6 (trend 139.8) – 8.5 miles walked.
11/19 139.6 (trend 138.7) 7.41 miles walked.
11/20 139.8 (trend 139.8) 10.26 miles walked, a late meal out yesterday of pasta.
11/21 139.2 (trend 139.7) 8.77 miles walked.
11/24 139.2 (trend 139.5) 8.24 miles walked.
11/25 138 (trend 139.3) whoo ooo, happy dance, loving that whoosh, the patience is rewarded. 6.4 miles walked.
11/26 138 (trend 139.1) pleased that the number has stuck, a good round for me, although I’ve had the odd ‘treat’, I’ve not allowed that to turn into any binges & 1.2 pound lost – success. 8.26 miles walked.
👍👍This is NOT A DIET. It’s a LIFESTYLE & I AM WHAT I EAT! 👍👍.

I was mostly a sedentary spectator yesterday. Church in the morning, Bears football on TV early afternoon, Handel’s Messiah at church late afternoon with 1100 other people in a space I designed, then finished the football game. I consider all fantastic use of my time in spite of the lack of exercise.https://www.smithsonianmag.com/arts-culture/the-glorious-history-of-handels-messiah-148168540/
We have Handel’s Messiah on repeat around our house this time of year. DW has sung in it for decades and it rips her heart out to miss because of her recent voice disorder. (Two years ago, she got to sing it in Carnegie Hall.) She loves to sing it and I love hearing it.

I took my eye off the ball these past two days. Who am I kidding here? I have had my eye off the ball for this entire round. Prepping for Thanksgiving and other excuses. Today will be more of the same.I am glad to leave this round behind. Oh, the beauty of ten-day challenges!
Yesterday’s highlights include the sedentary activities of being a limo driver for DGS, playing UNO and Yahtzee with DW and DGS, finishing my Libby E-Book “the Sympathizer” before it disappeared on the due date from my Kindle (a raw, sad story), and managing paperwork for my parents. We also did our last CSA pick-up yesterday.

11/17 134.0🤸🏼🎾👣⏱️📖 ✅ I’ve not been able to kick the habit of over-eating after 5 tennis matches in 3 days. Pushing my physical limits, unfortunately limits my mental capacity to adhere to portion control. Note to self: Overly hungry combined with mental and physical exhaustion simply don’t mix well for this gal. Thankful to identity this pattern. Ready to start fresh again! #MindBodySoul #HSF
11/18 134.0 Looking forward to a good day. 🏆🏋️♀️ #MindBodySoul #HSF
11/19 133.4 🚫🏋️♀️I became distracted - did not prioritize … I had to run to the paint store since we finally found a painter and he starts today… Will be a crazy week preparing our Thanksgiving (we celebrate every year the Friday after Thanksgiving because DH family comes Fri vs Thurs since they all visit from out of town). They celebrate with their mother‘s side of the family on Thursday and then DH’s side of the family on Friday. We’ve done it for 20 years and it works well!
I did a lot of reading late yesterday. RE: health and habits… Still straddling “commitment” mode and slowly getting there. Apparently, my “decision” isn’t sticking. Weightlifting and structured walk has drifted and so my steps are WAY down over the last two+ weeks since returning from our hiking vacay. It’s not “food noise“ per se as I’m eating well - it’s simply energy / focus… and a commitment to all the additional movement my body needs. I’ll get there. it’s easy to slip into my previous life of not walking and lifting. 🚶♀️👣🏋️♀️are even more vital to my well-being than a perfect meal plan.
NSV: I’ve identified unimportant detrimental distractions. I will refocus today.
Sidebar: My friend that passed away from ALS… She planned her services well. She opted to be cremated & is home now… A small, intimate “Celebration of Life” will be in early January. She and her husband have a combined family of eight children & 20+ grandchildren… They live all over the country. She didn’t want to disrupt their holiday plans. This way, they can plan ahead. ❤️ I love how she planned this out…
11/20 133.4 No 🏆 yesterday- over on carbs with two dates.
You see, earlier in the morning I decided to have a zero carb day… All went well until after dinner and decided to eat the two dates. I don’t know why. I usually stick to my decision! Can’t figure it out just yet — but I’m going thru some type of transition with a few relationships… Which also means a transition for me? Letting go of the old and with the new ? Sort of numb / neutral. It’s not a bad thing. I’m ruminating a little, cant identify what it is exactly. Lost energy /desire. Sort of huh. 🤔 not being negative - I’m just in a place that’s unusual for me… committed to staying on plan, but noticing an underlying block. I have a singles tennis 🎾 match this morning, helping with DGD Eleanor, picking up DGS Tucker, then headed to Frisbee Golf. A full day…. Jesus will take the wheel!
11/21 132.6 Extra FUN day yesterday. 🎾 I played 2hr singles vs a 25 yr old and won! But the win wasn’t the victory… the victory happened with my mindset/attitude. Winning didn’t matter- it was simply being courageous enough vs. a 25-year-old! Sincerely amazed at the result because I was the underdog. The match was hilarious because she kept saying “ma’am” and “yes ma’am”… “No ma’am”… I just had to giggle….. She was so polite & nice! So I had my dopamine fix for the rest of the day… It’s funny how months and months of hard work can culminate in just one morning over a “No Big Deal” tennis match… I have to keep reminding myself that it’s the day-to-day hour-to-hour decisions that honestly make the difference for years to come. Small decisions matter… Walking 5 miles, not eating that dessert, getting my protein, jumping… NUTRITION! The big HOWEVER is that did not🏋️♀️…. So there’s that. And, the biggest win of all was spending the afternoon with Eleanor (photos to follow) and Tucker playing Frisbee Golf. 🥩 for dinner! Happy weekend!
11/22 133.0 STILL learning to not focus on the scale (daily fluctuations). Again, did not 🏋️♀️or 🚶♀️prepping for next week. Our weights are outside cuzz of painter. (How’s that for an excuse?, I could always go under carport with the rain!). Low Pg but calories on target. Prepping myself I’ll get it 🏋️♀️&🚶♀️Z2 💗5mi done today. Thx to all for loving my pics. They are my “WHY”! What is your why?! #HSF #MindBodySoul
NSV: NOT sore one smidge from tennis match! 💪🏻
11/23 my sleep was discombobulated last night, and I got up way too early to weigh… Solid day with my nutrition yesterday and also my integrity held up!. 11/24 133.4 not sure what I did differently, but I had a fantastic nights sleep! Yesterday I accomplished 🚶♀️💗👣 ✅, but no🚫🏆🏋️♀️. Few too many healthy carbs so it is what it is. A no- carb day TODAY! 🎾👣🏋️♀️.
11/25 🚫
11/26 133.4 This round filled with blessings. I was unable to maintain the sharp focus needed to reduce the scale. I identify with Amanda, @pezhed that I’m not unsatisfied with the scale/ health but personally, I know I can do more 💪🏻and I WANT more🏆🤸🏼💪🏻. It’s procuring the mindset with small sequential decisions that support #HSF. Mentally, I was positive & hope-filled this round. Next step is to apply ACTIONS to my DECISIONS. I learned that I’m much “better” on this journey when my day-to-day is not non-stop…. I’ve learned I’m most content & disciplined (a GOOD THING) when my day is less full and I have periodic times throughout the day to STOP and regain intensity & intention. I need several structured times to 🙏, dream, affirm and “love” - to choose to lean into my health. See yall tomorrow morning with a brief check in & 10 days of LEANING. ❤️

📝 Track 5/10 days
SW Rnd 315 - 128.8
RGW - 127.6
11/17 - 129.0 🏃🏻♀️ Starting this round higher than the last. However this is pretty good for me after a weekend. Today was probably a wash - ate close to or slightly above maintenance including eating my exercise calories. My lunch was accidentally huge and I still had snacks. Tomorrow’s a new day!
11/18 - 129.8 🏃🏻♀️📝🚫 This was a surprise gain, but perhaps still packing it on from the weekend. It is only Tuesday, after all, and we went to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the Bills game on Sunday. Today my main goal is to drink a lot of water. Then at some point a dog walk and strength training.
11/19 - 129.0 🏃🏻♀️📝 Spiraling a bit today. Had a follow-up breast ultrasound after my first mammogram a couple weeks ago. The ultrasound identified a 5mm mass but it's too small to tell what it is. Now I'm to wait 6 months and go for a follow-up mammogram/ultrasound. The logical part of my brain knows this is probably because I don't have any baseline imaging established and that could have been there forever. The other part of my brain is freaking out and obsessing. What am I supposed to do for those 6 months?? My MIL suggested seeking a second opinion but I'm not sure how that works in this case (and insurance-wise). There is another hospital chain with imaging nearby but I don't have a relationship with any of their providers. Trying not to panic while also giving myself grace to panic a little bit.
11/20 - 128.0 🏃🏻♀️Feeling a lot better and less distracted today. Leaning heavily on the 98.something% chance that everything is fine. I don't usually WIN things with a less than 2% chance so I can't and won't dwell on the possibility of losing in this case.
Tonight I'm taking my 6 year old to the Wicked For Good premiere. Our local theater is having a whole thing with special drinks and treats and photo ops. Mainly just planning a dog walk for activity but may throw something else in.
11/21 - 128.6 I think? Forgot to write it down 🏃🏻♀️ This week has been a wash is almost every way possible. I think part of my problem is that I don’t really despise where my weight is. I think strength training consistently has made my arms more muscular (they’ve always been big but I’m more accepting of this when there’s more muscle) but of course my belly is still holding on tight to some fat I’d like to shed. Just not super motivated at the moment! But being here consistently is making me less likely to allow myself to gain a bunch so for that I am very pleased. I just need to do a deep dive on what’s driving me. Hope everyone has a lovely Friday and weekend!
11/22 - DNW (well I can't remember how much I weighed if I did.
11/23 - 129.0 🏃🏻♀️
11/24 - 130.6 🏃🏻♀️🚫 Just checking in, motivation still low. I was a pizzatarian all weekend, as in I ONLY ate pizza it seems. I made homemade pizza on Friday and then we went to two children's birthday parties. I felt majorly protein-deprived last night and only realized it when I was disproportionately snapping at my kids. Doing better today on the protein front, but I've failed to track anything thus far. We're hosting Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday so I'm sure to have a busy week. Our house is never even close to visitor-ready so we'll be working hard on that while also preparing the dishes we need. Making gingerbread "mans" for my 4yo's Friendsgiving at pre-k tomorrow per his request so I'll have to be careful of my dough nibbling and taste testing! I'm making chicken tortilla soup for dinner tonight and hoping we'll have enough leftovers to have it tomorrow too. I've been doing tons of planning for Thursday, but, annoyingly, we have to eat during all the days this week!
11/25 - 130.0🚫
11/26 - 129.6🚫Didn't get to check in yesterday. Ended up in the ER with my 4yo after he took a tumble at preschool and required 4 stitches in his cheek. His poor face is covered in scars. This wound was right over another cheek scar from a daycare fall when he was 2. It was super open and there was no way to avoid stitches. I think wrestling an alligator would have actually been EASIER and definitely quieter than holding him down for numbing/stitches. Days like that really take it out of me. I actually started to get faint and nauseous from seeing the numbing needle go into his cheek and trying to restrain my poor baby and had to leave the room. Some tough mom I am. I don't know when he's going to start being more careful with his body. He's so different from his brother. They're both active but big bro has always been so aware of risk and somewhat cautious while still being brave. He's had some injuries but has had zero ER trips. 4yo has had three ER trips and probably could have used a couple more to reduce scarring from his various injuries.
Today is a little work and a lot of Thanksgiving prep. Bummer to end the round heavier than I started, especially right before a major food holiday, but feeling very que sera sera at the moment (though I know this one's in my control, just not going to dwell on it).
In case I don't get a chance to check in tomorrow, Happy (American) Thanksgiving to all who celebrate!

Goals Met yesterday 🥕💧🚶➡️🎯11/17 - 190.6/🥕
11/18 - 191.6/🥕💧
11/19 - 191.6/🥕
11/20 - 189.6/💧
11/21 - 190.4💧🎯
11/22 - DNW/ 💧🎯
Today is a new day and will be better.
11/25 - 190.2/🥕💧🚶➡️Much better day yesterday. Tracked all my food, finally got my steps in. I almost made my goal of 60 active minutes. I have to go through my clothing bins and find pants that are the next size down, the ones I have been wearing are getting too big. I like that I have to keep pulling them up but I also want to wear clothing that fits.11/26 - 190.2/ 🥕💧Not a bad day yesterday. Did not make my round goal this time. I think not being at home for a week made it difficult to actively work on it. Eating out multiple times and having treats with my parents sure didn't help. It's another cool one this morning -14C. I woke up to a mess in my office/craft room. Apparently one the cats (probably Shadow) was up on the top of my shelf and decided to make more room by pushing a container filled with odds and ends and lots of change off, of course it landed on my keyboard… what a mess!!!

😂🤣11/26 — 196.4
I’m going to bake a pumpkin 🥧 this afternoon, but we’ll be having a very conservative Thanksgiving dinner, just the two of us. That’s fine—low stress, lots of knitting & reading time! Those of you who celebrate U.S. Thanksgiving, have a safe a lovely holiday! And everyone else, do the same!

RGW-133 UGW-125.Thank you@musicsax!!!🌸11/18-134
11/19-133-Made it to my RGW. Heading to my dad’s today. Made him enchilada casserole with just a few corn tortillas and lots of chicken. Will only spend one night and head back home.
11/22-134-Lots of driving in the last two days but glad to be home and back on track for getting things done around here. Was able to visit my 88 y.o. dad and his 91 y.o. brother.
11/23-133- I’m at my GW but we are taking MIL to a concert and dinner. Had a bowl of beans and cheese and will have a light dinner.
11/15-133-Thankfully I started getting things done earlier around here. DH would like four pans of cinnamon rolls to take to work tomorrow. If I get them made and ready to bake, I can refrigerate them over night and it only takes 1:40 min. the next day (tomorrow )to bake and frost them.
As @Skyleen75 talked about “the right fuel for the job”, yesterday I had the ware withal to make two protein drinks for today and tomorrow, so there is no excuse to grab garbage on the go.11/26-133
