I made these last night with just a little almond extract and no crust (I didn't have anything on hand to make a crust from), but I thought they were amazing. I had some frozen cherries that I thawed and added some truvia too and topped it with fat free Reddi Whip. Thank you so much for this recipe! These were fabulous!!

How much almond extract did you add? It sounds super good lol

Chobani is the best brand of Greek I have tried... Instead of plain, they do have a vanilla flavored one that is as well 0% fat and does not have that sour cream-type twang to it.

Vanilla yogurt would be a great replacement as well for better taste with almost as much protein. It's too bad cheesecake flavoured Jello is only in the US, I picked up a box while on vaca over the summer b/c I kept remembering seeing it on MFP but haven't used it yet.

Sugar free cheesecake pudding mix and Greek yogurt (I love the Fage Total 0%) is one of my favorite things!!! I just mix it together and stir in some frozen raspberries. Best.snack.ever!! Also try sugar free lemon, chocolate fudge, or your other favorite puddings!

This sounds great as well! What are the amounts you use of each?
