    Hey everyone,

    This week I've lost 1.6lbs = 0.7% lost, not as much as I hoped but what I expected but its a loss nevertheless. I'm just 2lbs away from being under 100kg so this week I'm going to do my best to get rid of that milestone. :smile:

    Congrats on the weight loss & I'll be rooting for you with the under 100kg goal!

    Hello all. I did not weigh on Saturday as I had planned and ended up weighing today in the evening. I do show having gained 1.2 Ibs :( That means I need to get my act together. I hope to do betther this week. Below are my calculations

    I sure some of you will surpass the 4% weight loss goal at the end of the month. But it would still be nice for you to carry on with your activities and post even if you go pass 4% and state how much you've lost in the end.

    I put 4% as I thought it would be acheiveable to everyone based on what I see posted on here and my own progress so don't be disheartened if you not seeing the figures you want and congrats if you go pass the 4%. :smile:
