I signed up for this challenge on Sunday while suffering with the flu but believing that I was recovering. Unfortunately here I am five days (with no exercise) later and just now starting to recover. Normally I could burn 3,500 in the remaining three days but in this case I think that would be rather stupid to try; just working half a day today sent me back to bed! But thanks for the challenge, I really like it. I'll have to go at it another time when in good health. I don't know whether to post my next three days exercise or not since at this point it is more about recovery than burning calories. My plan, subject to revision: Friday, walk in the woods with some short jogging to test myself. Saturday, short and flat road bike ride. Sunday, if I am up for it, either a trail run or mountain bike ride. Best wishes to you all!0

kinda late on this but I know it takes 3500 burned cals to burn off a lb and 3500 cals to put on a lb, Ill so join the next one
Does it count what your body burns naturally without doing anything (so I know for next time)
