    I'm weighing in now while I can remember, lol.. I'm down from 206.2lbs to 204.3lbs.. Loss of 1.9lbs!! Yay, I'm just happy I'm finally back on track!!

    down 2.2 this week! YAY! Weighing in early b/c we have 2 soccer games, a soccer practice and I have to spend 5 hours in girl scout camp training tomorrow UGH!

    Down only .4 lbs this week:ohwell: but my measurements went down as well- .5 inches on the waist and the hips! I could not meet that pushup challenge- and regular exercise and eating just was not easy this week with work and travel-I have to MAKE time- and figure out the trick to better eating out. Any suggestions out there? Still- going in the right direction- just SLOWLY!

    No loss but no gain...have stayed at 74.9kilos but....although I have not measured actual measurements I bought a new pair of trousers and only needed to buy a size 42 so have gone down a size !!!! yea...

    Managed to complete all the challenges except the push ups...just could not get them going at all !

    Right, come on team 3....need something to get some pounds shifting in the right direction !

    I'm going to change the rules a little bit. Have your weigh in anytime on Saturday! Some people have a hard time meeting the time so to be fair, have it in on anytime you want on Saturday!

    i actually did it thru my TNT class I take on Mondays & Wednesdays. We do TONS of squats, lunges, etc...far more than the video :) I'll be sore tomorrow!

    194.5 :) Big loss week for me...4.5 and I don't even feel liked I worked very hard--lol. I think I just revved my metabolism up now...

    I am not doing so well. Weight is only down .2. I am on a 10 day vacation- so I had to use a new scale- maybe it will be better when I get home! One can only hope. In the mean time- out for a long walk each day this week- travel made it hard to do the challenge but I managed part of it. So weight is 153.8. SLOW progress. :ohwell: Still- I fit into a pair of jeans I have not worn for a year and brought them on this trip- so something is going well!

    Great job Kim!!! How did you kick up your metabolism? I really need to do the same.
  • I gained :( too much indulging 173 for the weigh in. Need to refocus this week.
