Down only .4 lbs this week:ohwell: but my measurements went down as well- .5 inches on the waist and the hips! I could not meet that pushup challenge- and regular exercise and eating just was not easy this week with work and travel-I have to MAKE time- and figure out the trick to better eating out. Any suggestions out there? Still- going in the right direction- just SLOWLY!0

No loss but no gain...have stayed at 74.9kilos but....although I have not measured actual measurements I bought a new pair of trousers and only needed to buy a size 42 so have gone down a size !!!! yea...
Managed to complete all the challenges except the push ups...just could not get them going at all !

i actually did it thru my TNT class I take on Mondays & Wednesdays. We do TONS of squats, lunges, etc...far more than the video

Big loss week for me...4.5 and I don't even feel liked I worked very hard--lol. I think I just revved my metabolism up now...

I am not doing so well. Weight is only down .2. I am on a 10 day vacation- so I had to use a new scale- maybe it will be better when I get home! One can only hope. In the mean time- out for a long walk each day this week- travel made it hard to do the challenge but I managed part of it. So weight is 153.8. SLOW progress. :ohwell: Still- I fit into a pair of jeans I have not worn for a year and brought them on this trip- so something is going well!0
