30 Day Calorie Burn Challenge

Here's how it works, the first week the goal is to burn 1000 calories for the week. Then is goes up by 500 calories each week. By the end of the month the calories to burn for the week will be 2500 calories.
Now I know that some of you may burn more calories than that for the month, but there is always a starting point.

I'm in! Watching food (calorie) intake and hydration has been easy. I need more motivation to get the exercise in. This may be the challenge I need.0

This repeats for each week of the challenge and finally
EW after the challenge:
Results should be posted at the end of each week0 -
By the end of it all you should have a total of 7000 calories burned for the month0

Day 2: burned 465 calories doing 33 minutes of "Stair-treadmill
Day 3:

Also forgot to mention that any calories over the weekly goal can carry over to the next week...Ultimately the goal is to burn a total of 7000 calories for the month0

Oct 13 Day 3: burned 740 calories - 33 minutes of Elliptical and 32 minutes of stationary bike
Oct 14 Day 4: burned 421 calories - 35 minutes of Elliptical
Oct 15 Day 5: burned 843 calories - 180 Leisure walk (i was on the beach so it was soooo nice)
