Hey everyone,
This week I've lost 1.6lbs = 0.7% lost, not as much as I hoped but what I expected but its a loss nevertheless. I'm just 2lbs away from being under 100kg so this week I'm going to do my best to get rid of that milestone.

I sure some of you will surpass the 4% weight loss goal at the end of the month. But it would still be nice for you to carry on with your activities and post even if you go pass 4% and state how much you've lost in the end.
I put 4% as I thought it would be acheiveable to everyone based on what I see posted on here and my own progress so don't be disheartened if you not seeing the figures you want and congrats if you go pass the 4%.0 -

It looks like my original calculations were wrong. My goal for the month should be 6.84 pounds. Sheesh! That's discouraging, to all of a sudden realize I have to lose 2 pounds more than I thought. I hope I can make it.

So I lost the same amount as last week despite hitting the gym more and have a bigger weekly average under calorie consumption. Nevertheless a loss is still a loss and more so I finally lost my first 10kg of my 40kg goal.

I gained .3 lbs however, I'm pretty impressed because I'm on my period. Usually TOM is a minimum of 2 lbs weight gain for me. So I'm thinking the extra water during TOM works! I'm ready for next week! I GOT THIS!
