CW: 149.5 down 2.5 pounds since last week I've lost 11.5 pounds, so i'm a little over a fourth of the way to my goal0
-
I lost 4 lbs, I worked out every day. I pretty much stayed in between 1200 -1500 calories and tried to keep my carbs and protein at the same level. I also lost 3 inches. I'm pretty happy about this weeks weigh in0

I somehow gained 4 pounds in a day!? My loss has been steady, then suddenly 4 lbs showed up! I have been staying within ranges, working out, etc. Since my wedding ring didn't want to go on, shall I assume it is water retention? Either way, I can't give up...will keep you posted!0

Drank a protein shake...and lost a half-pound. Being a girl is so weird...0

Join in Verysinful!! To those of you that gained, don't worry it will come off. Look at your diaries and find out where to go from here. A lot of times, it's just fluid!! We women definately can have a rollercoaster when it comes to the scale with fluid!! Everyone is doing such a great job! I can't wait to see what our total loss is when the New Year Rolls around!! This is exciting. Right now it seems like it's so far away but it will be here before you know it!0

Update! The extra left and took a friend along...so I lost a pound. I have been a very good girl, it just took the scale a minute to realize that. LOL0

I lost 2.2lbs for this weeks weigh in wooohooo!!! I worked out 6 days last week and stay at or below my calories.0
-
I weighed in at 236 again, the only intake that I see that I am over on is Sodium. I have been exercising as required, I"m not getting the best rest so I am adjusting that and seeing what I can do to lower my sodium intake, my clothes say I am losing weight but the scale does not agree.
Here's to next week, I know I can figure it out!0 -

147.5... down two pounds this week0
-
Didn't lose, tried eating my exercise calories back and that was a no-go. Just wanted to see what would happen. Back to usual this week!0
-
Ooooh this past week was the worst so far. I did lose though, so I should be happy about that. So, I lost 2 pounds and lost. 0.5 inches. It was weird because I gained inches in some places and lost in others. I'm thinking it's muscle gain and next week I should see a really big change...I hope. I worked out all but one day for an hour each time and sometimes two hours. I've stayed under my calorie count the entire time.0

checking in...kind of . Been working out, i just can't bring myself ot weigh myself just yet. back few weeks up until a week or so ago. Can't do it until i feel like i'm well back closer to 150...can't bear to see 160 again0
-
Well this past week was horrible for me!! I only exercised one day!! I didn't go over my calorie ranges but I made poor food choices!! I didn't weigh in because Aunt flo is hear and I'm bloated as heck!! This will be a better week!0
-
Aunt Flo paid a visit to me as well and even though I did work out, I prob didn't work as hard as I normally do (too drained). I did weigh however, and no pounds lost, I'll blame that on Flo since she's never nice to me.0
-
I have lost 2 lbs and lost one inch around my waist but gained half an inch on both calves! Arrrgggh, but I suppose that is muscle mass at the moment. I've been running a lot. Oops, I forgot to say that I exercised 6/7 days.0
-
I had a drunken weekend and i didnt weigh in. I did still work out and TRIED to stay in my calories during the weekend. I'll check in with numbers next week0
-
Another pound down. Can't wait until I have less than 10 to go...0
-
Oops, I totally forgot to post on Monday. Well, I lost 1 pound. I met and exceeded all of my workout goals and I was always under calories. I was always above 1200 though so as not to starve myself. I'm not sure why I only lost a pound. I think I'm going to chalk it up to Aunt Flo's visit.0

Glad to see you're all still here. I've been mia, i know. Been struggling with whether tracking is the way to go for me. The real issue isn't tracking vs not tracking, though, it's simply exercising enough and eating just enough of the good stuff. My successful strategy in the past has been getting in a good solid (45-60 minute) workout 5-6 times a week and eating decent home-cooked meals for the most part--with only 1 maybe 2 (maybe, if it's a "healthier" choice) meals out. And "decent-home cooked" doesn't have to be steamed fish and broccoli either. I'm hoping you'll indulge me if i manage to report how well i am or am not sticking to this throughout the remainder of the year. It's 9 weeks to the new year. That's enough time for us to come back here and report good things . Maybe not enough to lose 40 pounds, but enough to feel 40 times better!0
-
GM! I'm down 2.4lbs this week and i am still working out 6 days a week. I have also added c25k back into my workouts. Its been hard but i'm doing my best. I hope everyone is doing well, we can do this!
have a great week!0 -
Lost 3 pounds. That was much better to see than the 1 pound from last week. I met all of my goals from staying under calories and exercising.0
-
Lost 3 lbs., and 5.5 inches Woot! I did a lot of weird work like delivering phonebooks this week and I counted that as exercise. I kept to my calories and went over my fat by -5 on one day.0
-
Am I the only one tracking in here now? Well last week I forgot, but I was down 1 pound. Today I weight myself for a different group I'm in and I gained that pound back. So there was no weight loss.0
-
I'm posting a day early because of the other thing I do; I weight in on Sundays. So I finally got over the plateau and lost 4.8 pounds. I have 2 more pounds to go to I reach the goal of losing 40 for the new year.0
