    I'm in again. I burned just under 5000 last week, but I'll be going to a conference this weekend. I'm going to set my goal at 3500 (most of my calories are burned during my Saturday classes...). Happy burning everyone!

    I'd like to join this group it sounds like a great idea. Last week I burned 3309 calories so I think 3500 is a good goal for each week (which I'll hopefully be able to increase in time), although I think I will set it at 2500 for this week as I am away visiting friends and family over the weekend so that will be three days without going to the gym.

    Mon: 647 (10 mins running, 10 mins cycling, 30 mins swimming)
    Tues: 943 (30 mins boxing, 45 mins swimming)
