    My three girls

    Amanda = her choice
    Eden = my choice
    Adrienne = we mutually chose Fiona until we saw her and said, "Nah!" and it was a hasty thought process after.

    Main thing is, try to pick a name that will be the only one in the room when they go to school.

    I like the idea of naming a potential daughter after me. My name's Bronwen. I was named for a heroine in a sci-fi romance novel my mom read. Only it was spelled Bronwyn in the book. My mom had a dream while she was pregnant with me that she was pregnant with me and named her daughter Bronwen. So there ya go.

    I have known more than one Bronwyn in my life.

    The origin of your name is cooler than mine. I was named after a soap opera character who died near when I was born. I was named after her to "keep her spirit alive."

    On a whim I just googled the book. It's a trilogy. Here's an excerpt: http://tinyurl.com/3pdojp2

    It's pretty awful, but my favorite part is the title of the thread: 'The Best Worst Novel Ever Published'

    I'm laughing so hard right now! HAHAHA!

    I will hopefully be pregnant in the near future and so far these are my choices:

    Girl: Zooey
    Boy: Jude

    I <3 Zooey spelled that way because Zooey Deschanel is my hero :)

    I would go gay for Zooey Deschanel <333

    I want to be her when I grow up!

    Eleanor might not be that unique but I don't think many people will be naming their son atticus. And my mom and dad wanted to name my sister Jill until she came out and quickly they decided on Cassandra. haha

    My kids are Anna - named after a Beatles song. Jasper - after painter Jasper Johns and Stella after Stella beer. haha

    I was considering having a daughter named Auden after the poet but everyone I tell that to says it's an ugly name :\

    I like it. :)

    Auden is a beautiful name, but it is a last name.

    Well the poet's last name is Auden but I thought it would be cute for a girl. slightly different. my grandma says it would be best for a boy but i can't imagine a buy named auden.

    One of my friends has a boy named Auden - after the poet. Hes the cutest, quirkiest kid. Totally fits him! Do it f you love it

    My husband and I picked out the names for our first child this past weekend. We aren't pregnant either, but it came up in conversation. And who is to say we will even end up using these names.

    Boy: Levi Jordan
    Girl: Jordan Levi (Yes, I realize Levi is a boy's name....)

    We fully intend to sticking with biblical names, though.
