Those charts don't load for me neither.
For next week challenge, count calorie is good. I like counting exercise calorie also. It helps me stick to my exercise schedule.
Maybe we can do that again in some other week.0 -

Congrats to the Yellow team! Sorry I didn't help with the weight loss by Saturday but I'm down a pown at this morning's weigh in. Hopefully I can maintain the loss until next Saturday.
I was able to access the charts and they look great!
Will be counting my exercise calories for next week.

i can whomp out exercise calories, although alibaba usually blows me away with her tennis, I go pretty good compared otherwise!! I am in!!0

Hey would it be ok if you had me sit out for this one and don't count my exercise calories I got sick last week and couldn't move and today is not so hot either so I don't even know how many minutes I could get in this week or how many days I can get it in.0

I have to concentrate on my diet and work out this week. I ate too much junk food this weekend.

yea this week has been insane for me too. it was my birthday (finally 17 hehe), and i went out for dinner twice (once with my mom, once with my dad), and they were both quite high in calories, and my friends made me a cake and stuff, so il be lucky not to gain more than five pounds or something crazy like that. im sorry to the green team!
so, about the results. i'm sorry but im gonna have to post the results tomorrow. yesterday i had to take the acts, and then had a whole family event partially in honor of my bday, partially for support for my dad, and we didnt get home til late. then today, i had to spend most of the day cleaning our house with my dad for the open house today. so, i really havent had much time to add it all to the charts and do all the calculations yet... im really sorry guys!!
for the challenge, since you guys didnt mind repeating a challenge, would you want to do sodium again? my numbers have been creeping back up there, idk about you guys. let me know what you think!0 -

Hey everybody the charts are now finished for the people who checked in.
I was thinking maybe we should start thinking about what challenge we are going to start next week instead of waiting for the last minute. In other challenges we've done ones where try a new recipe and post a recipe for everybody to try and you get points for that or you get 5 points for everyday that you're only 50 calories away or so from your goal. Anyway those are just some ideas.
So since this thread has gotten a little dry and it's getting close to the holidays I want to ask everybody what their traditions are cause I love traditions!!!! This is my second thanksgiving and christmas with my hubby so traditions are kinda jumbled but my favorite one is going to my grandpas house for christmas eve and we do a gift exchange where everybody picks a gift one at a time opens it and if somebody else likes the gift that you just opened they can steal it away from you. Some of the gifts are awesome and then other people like to be funny and bring a white elephant gift.

i'm a senior in high school, and college applications are due in 4 days so im kinda freaking out that my essay is still pretty awful and i havent done the supplements yet. In addition, my dads been having health issues so iv been meeting with some of my family more often. AND im a pianist, and i had to make a cd as a supplement for college apps, so until yesterday i had to practice like 3 hours a day as opposed to the usual 1. but i made the cd yesterday so done with that! that is until college apps are due. then back to normal practicing. plus i still have all my usual high school work which is a lot bc im in a lot of ap classes and stuff. so, i just havent had time to do much.... im really sorry guys!! letty_c was SOO amazing and offered to do it this week! il get back to it next week though, promise! college apps will be done buy then!0 -
