    Mon: 784 (40 min elliptical, 30 min 30DS with extra situps/cardio)
    Tues: 927 (30 min treadmill, 60 min yoga, 25 min 30DS)

    Started day 1 of C25K on the treadmill - never been a runner but I did it! 8 minutes of the 30 running - I'm impressed with myself. :bigsmile:

    I'm on week 2 - same as you, never been a runner and I'm doing it on the treadmill! I get off each time feeling like I can take on the world - it's a great feeling, isn't it? :laugh:

    It really is! I'm actually excited to go back tomorrow for day 2. We can keep each other motivated. Keep going!

    And thank you for the encouragement lstnlondry - I need it! Those moments when I can barely catch my breath really are easier knowing there are others cheering on your success. Thanks everyone!
