If you're not looking for a quick fix, why aren't you happy with your natural results?0

I have found that Zantrex-3 is an excellent supplement, if you're dieting and exercising. It's a high energy (AKA lots of caffeine) fat burner that boosts your workout results. To reiterate, this is not a fat blocker (which works only to reduce the amount of fat your body absorbs from meals) but a fat burner that amplifies exercise/workout results. Good luck!0

Chromium Piccolinate - protects muscle tissue while you are burning fat
EFA's (fish oil, evening primrose oil, flax seed oil, borage oil etc...) - activate the brown fat cells in your body thus increasing your metabolism (brown fat is metabolically active as opposed to white fat which lumpy and ugly)
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)
Cinnamon - helps to regulate blood sugar levels0 -
EC
