I'd like to join too! I will start tonight and later tonight I will add my stats. I need something to hold me accountable. I have been stuck at the same weight for quite awhile but that's my fault. My eating hasn't been the best so I will do better this time. I am getting married the first week in April so I need to do this.0

I'm brand new here and I'm starting the 30DS today during my daughter's nap time. My problem area is mainly my torso. And I definitely need some good support! Here are my measurements as of last night:
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 153.2
Hips: 36.5"
Tummy (around belly button): 38"
Bust: 37.25"
Arms: 11"
Thighs: 19.5"0 -
I just finished Level 1 day 1 and I seriously felt like I was about to collapse. I had to take the 5 second breaks quite often. I'm so out of shape, I need to stick this through. I don't think I could have lasted longer than 20 minutes though!0

I'm happy for you!!! I will put pictures up soon as soon as I start all overWho did Day 1 yesterday? And if you did, how do you feel? I'm pretty sore but I like feeling my muscles. I know that sounds weird, but it reminds me that they're actually there and makes me feel strong. I'm kindof dreading day 2 soreness however.
I am super sore! I also like feeling my muscles too though. I was really dreading it, but I got through the whole video! (with all the modifiers though, hahahha)

I am super bummed. I knew I was getting sick yesterday, but it hit me full force today I want so badly to do my day two, but I can barely breath. I hope I am even SLIGHTLY better tomorrow so I can get back to it. Wish me well.

Just finished L1D2. I made it through it with only a couple 5 second breaks. It wasn't AS tough, but I was SOOOO sore from yesterday that I felt a little weak. Here's to hoping you all are pushing through the pain and discomfort too and that tomorrow's workout will be a little better on us!0

Ok, I missed yesterday, but I got back with it today for L1D2! I am still sick and SOOO sore from yesterday, but I pushed through it this time It was a little easier to do the push ups, but I am still doing crummy on all of the other strength exercises.

Hello, I just started the 30 day shred today! And boy am I feeling the pain. I usually go to the gym and break a sweat, but not this bad! Hope the pain doesn't last long lol.
Heres my pictures taken today, day 1 of the shred.

should also say at this point I am starting at 174lbs. My ultimate goal is to be around 145lbs.0 -
L1D3 done. The beginning was tough with my muscles feeling sore and stiff but I got through it. I am feeling a little discouraged though because before I started this I was working my a** off for 2 weeks and I haven't lost a pound! I was walking 3 miles a day 5 days a week and my daily calorie intake has been 1200. The only thing keeping me going right now is I'm so tired of looking at my huge muffin top in the mirror!0
