I lost a pound last week too. had a rough weekend though, with family in from out of town, didn't eat as well as I should have. Back on the wagon and hoping for better this week

Blah. Somehow the scale thinks I gained 4 lbs. I think it had something to do with the mei fun comfort Chinese food that I had last night for dinner and the fact that I hadn't been drinking enough water this week. I also hadn't hit the gym.0

How is everyone doing on the Thanksgiving day challenge? We're halfway to Thanksgiving already! I haven't really lost any weight but I have been going to the gym a lot more and I feel better. I hope everyone is doing okay! :-) XxOo

Well its been pretty bad. I have been going from 163-166 back and forth. SO I stopped weighing myself so much. and knkow its only on Fridays. Todays weigh in is 162. Yes its right. I finually broke my pattern. I hope it keeps going that way.0

Down 6 lbs, including the 4 lbs that somehow crept back in there last week. Took off from the gym last week. Am planning on going back this week. Let's see where that lands me.0

I need to go to the gym tonight. Cause weigh in is tomorrow morning. But my daughter is moving out tomorrow also. So lots to do. Buy after what I ate today. I really need to go to the gym. Not to excited about weigh in...0

My weigh in was 164. Again up and then down and up again. I had a really good workout out last night... I need to drink more water ...0
