Hi to all the beautiful mummies!!! Hope everyone has an awesome week...I couldn't exercise all last week cause I had a terrible cold and I still manage to lose 3 pounds...I just hope I don't gain them back...well anyways I hope that you all are doing great and as for me I'm still recovering from my cold but it's not as bad as last week... here are my results for this week:

I was kind of hoping for a bigger loss this week. I had my heart set on 175 on Halloween. I am trying to just be excited over what I have lost. I am aware it is a good loss for this period of time, just can't help but be a little disappointed. Oh well.
My exciting news of the week is I finished the P90 Masters Series last night. WooHoo. Starting November 2nd I will be moving on to P90X. I am excited and terrified all at the same time.0 -
Well Mummies, I would say I definitly made up for last weeks weigh in. lol I was praying I would get on the scale and at least see the 139.9 i saw last week.... but i got on the scale... 138.8!!! I had to blink a few times, and weigh myself a couple more times, haha. Mondays are never to great on me but this Monday was AMAZING to me! =] Keep up the good work Mummies, hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

Good morning ladies.. I hope everyone had a great weekend! I surely did... Officially moving in to my apartment tomorrow / wednesday.. so hopefully will be back on the exercise bandwagon shortly thereafter.. I am so missing it!

I've never stuck to a diet, or lifestyle change this long!! It's all because of MFP and all of my new wonderful freinds on here! Now, let's hope I don't hit one of those nasty plataeu's! :grumble:0 -

awesome job ladies!! not much change for me...148.6...definitely not the best challenge for me this go around no ones fault but mine...but im still happy with the weight im at...im postive these last 13 will be the hardest, but i will do it...posting new challenge info very soon....its called Three for Thanksgiving.....we can do this..a pound a week and then maintain that loss over the rest of November...look out for the group!0

Yes, I do know that the goal of the challenge is to lose, not gain weight I'm still trying to get this maintenance mode thing figured out. I am very happy with my size and only want to lower my BF%. Unfortunately, muscle weighs slightly more than fat.:ohwell: I'm sure that the homemade macaroni/cheese and triple chocolate cake from the weekend has nothing to do with my gain The good news is that I know exactly how to lose the weight throughout the week, if only I could maintain my losses over the weekends.. *Sigh*

Bummed I saw 148.8 earlier this week, but try and be honest with my Monday weigh ins. I must say that I am just happy it is still under 150. I have family coming into this week, so it's going to be a tough one. I think I only have 1 more pound to make it to the 8 so we will see.

And great job Mimi! Just think, kept getting stuck around 152, and now 147! Dont know what it is, but this halloween challenge worked great for all of us! I think its the getting back to on a routine and not going to dang bbq's or camping every weekend! haha ok thats what it was for me at least! lol I also love the smaller goal of 8lbs... really seems doable so we all reached extra hard to hit it!3 should be easy as pie Mummies! Assuming we dont eat too much pie on turkey day!!! :laugh:

Oh Mummies... not a good morning... not only does the scale say i gained 3lbs since yesterday, my 1st TOM postpartum returned today!!! Ugh and today is my sons field trip to the pumpkin patch..... ok just needed to whine and feel sorry for myself for a minute... good news... my husband will be home tomorrow or sunday!!!0
