Slimming into Dec 31st! (CLOSED GROUP)

Hey friends as promised I've made our challenge official, it's 9 weeks until the end of the year and in that time I know we can lose a min of 10 pounds or more incorporating any exercise you wish and the optional mini challenges I set.
The challenge will begin Monday 31st and final weigh in will be Dec 31st.
For this week we'll use our last WI so with your introduction include current weight, goal weight and any personal goals you hope to achieve and every Sunday post your newest weigh in and anything else you wish to include. Every week I'll also be setting a mini challenge which will be optional.
If you need to rant, rave or show support to fellow friends this is the place to do it, it'll be good to see what ideas circulate also.
Again optional - Take pictures so you have something to compare at the end of this.

Workout Personal goal: to lose 10 more pounds before New Years. I'm starting another round of 30 Day Shred soon and I want to incorporate more cardio into my Workout. Workout 5 days a week. Complete the mini challenge for each week.
Diet Personal goal: Up my protein, and veggies. Drink 100 oz of water a day= 12.5 cups. Stick to a low carbs, low sodium, low diary diet.

Personal Goals also by December 31st : 1) I want to eat a healthy amount of calories 1300 or more daily!!! Staying under 1200 calories daily, doesn't help MY body at all. 2) Lose more inches from my abdominal area. 3) Reach my smallest weight in over 4 years.
Just a little about me: I'm 20 (21 Nov 13th!). Married just over 1 year I am very religious. I work out 3-5 times a week at Curves using Curves Smart (which pushes me to do my best). Oct 17th was my 4 month anniversary with MFP and just since joining MFP, I have lost an additional 31 lbs. (5 lbs before joining) And and and, I am by no means on a diet. This is a lifestyle change for me. If I can't do it for life, I don't try it!!!

So far i've downed 40oz and i've completed todays 30 squat kicks.
Not official but weight has moved down a little so lets hope it continues to the end of the week.

i haven't had any candy but there's still, sadly, plenty of time. lol. i think i'll be okay though. i hope. fingers crossed lol0

Day 1 successful! I have consumed 104 oz of water, completed my 30 minute workout at Curves and no candy! I didn't consume all of my exercise calories but I am stuffed.

i didn't have any candy, well, one very small piece from my daughter, but i still went over 250 calories. sigh. oh well. tomorrow is a new day and stupid halloween is finally over.0

I drank 7 glassed of water yesterday!!! I usually struggle to get 4 down! Hope I can make my personal goal of drinking 8 glasses a day EVERY day by new years!0

Today (11/1) I have drank 144 oz of water. I am way under on my calories. :mad: Sadly, I'm not even able to force myself to eat anymore.

Great results I'm seeing ladies especially on water. I'm still struggling at around 5 and didn't do squats yesterday.

Once your body gets used to drinking more water, the more you will be able to drink. When I first started drinking only water, I was doing good to see 4-6 glasses. And not to mention the amount of time I spent using the restroom :laugh: Now I can drink 8 glasses without even having any "urges!" You are doing great!0 -
