Im 5'2" and my goal is 115 or maybe 110 see how it looks on me :glasses:0

I'm 5'1 and my goal is 110 lbs.
Before I had my son I was usually about 112 lbs and I liked that weight. But, my body has changed since then (less muscle, more fat) so with less muscle mass I think the lower weight will be better for me now.0 -

I am 25, weigh 198 (started at 212) and I am 5'3". All thru HS I swam and played volleyball and softball. I have a different structure than most. During the "Fat test" in phys ed, my teacher told me that my fat percentage put me in the "obese, not active" category... Which was clearly not the case. My BMI in HS told me I was obese as well. I have never believed my BMI due to having a lot of muscle mass. 150lbs (my goal and HS weight) looks good on me. Anything lower and I start to look emaciated. (I will also add, so you may get a picture, that at 150, I wore a size 8 and at 200, I wear a size 14). I figure I may be able to pull off 140, since I am no longer in a practice 2-3 hours a day, every day. I have lost a lot of muscle that I will probably never get back, so like I said, 140 may be doable with the right workouts to target certain areas.0

I'm 5'2" and want to get down to 110-113 (from 127), though I may try for 110. I'm ok with where I am now too (115), I just would love to tone up my stomach. but it's really impossible to lose weight from only one area, and my fat goes right on my tummy.0

I'm 5'3" and currently at 164. My mini-goal is 160. I'm giving myself small gifts for each 10 pound loss.
My ultimate goal is 125-135, but since I've already been with MFP a year, I know that that goal is a long way off for me. I started off at 180, though, so something is working. Just slowly.....:-P
