    Completed sideline bicycles...and part of the 100 extra jumping jacks.

    So far so good! Drank way more than 64 ounces of water, was under my calorie goal, and got the sideline bicycles in after my regular workout. :D

    Ok so I completed the sideline bicycles and the extra 100 jumping jacks, oops I thought it was 100 jumping jacks every day :blushing: oh well at least they are already done :happy:

    Under calories, just need to work on the water!!

    Had my personal trainer this morning, she it trying to kill me!!! But it is good pain I guess. Should be doing the second day of C25K as well today, bit sore already and it is raining, might do it on the treadmill tonight, will see how I feel.
