So far so good! Drank way more than 64 ounces of water, was under my calorie goal, and got the sideline bicycles in after my regular workout.0

Ok so I completed the sideline bicycles and the extra 100 jumping jacks, oops I thought it was 100 jumping jacks every day :blushing: oh well at least they are already done :happy:
Under calories, just need to work on the water!!
Had my personal trainer this morning, she it trying to kill me!!! But it is good pain I guess. Should be doing the second day of C25K as well today, bit sore already and it is raining, might do it on the treadmill tonight, will see how I feel.0
