Thur. November 3rd: 65 minutes of walking 3.3 miles (my speed increase a little) ~~ under calorie goal with 64+ oz of water
Fri. November 4th: Check-in, rest day
Bonus Challenge: extra 100 jumping jacks done Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday ~~At 1st I thought it was everyday but after I realized it was 100 for the week I decided to keep it going daily. Nothing like having that little extra :happy:0 -

I think I was really bloated on intial measurement of waist ----Halloween candy be gone!0 -

I did the daily exercises on Nov 1 and 2, but i didnt get in the 3.1 mile run. Thursday is yogalates and zumba day so i couldnt fit it in. I also completed the 100 jumping jacks. Stayed under my calories and drank my water.
Congrads to everyone for having a good week!! Weekends are always my hardest but im hoping this will encourage me to exercise and stay under my calories!0 -

The only number that changed was my weight down a pound, hoping for the rest of the numbers to move.

If you posted your starting information and your check-in information you are in the November Challenge. The number of participants will determine the number that will be eliminated but there will be at least one elimination this week. Your results will take into account weight loss, inches loss, BMI decrease, weight loss %, body fat %, exercise and challenges. (yes, you will receive points for exercise minutes and completing all the challenges)
You will be eliminated if you information isn't posted by 9a.m. (Eastern Time) Saturday morning. (if you can't post on Friday or Saturday morning please post earlier)

So I just updated diet/fitness profile under settings to adjust for the additional weight loss. And it lowered it by 20 calories. When I first started using the forums in September this was a big topic. Do any of you do this as well?0
