Another 6 km down today. 2 km walk, 4 km on the cross trainer. (also 3 km yesterday) going great guns, very happy with myself.0

Well - my training plan from the start of the year said 150 for november, but I'm going to shoot for 200+ on the bike/trainer again this month... I've a new toy to cover the bad weather - Tacx Bushido & PC Link software (which i'm currently fighting with as it's a bit bug-ridden and horrible, but I'll get there!)

Managed another 2.3 miles today, bringing my total to 12 miles. A little behind, but I pushed myself so hard those first three days that my calves were killing me and I needed a couple days off! 12 miles is still the most I have ever run in a week! So, yay!0

Saturday: Ran 5k Race (3.11 m)
Sunday: Walk/Jogged 5 miles (took 1 hour 8 secs) and walked 2 m (7 miles total)
