Clarification:
If you posted your starting information and your check-in information you are in the November Challenge. The number of participants will determine the number that will be eliminated but there will be at least one elimination this week. Your results will take into account weight loss, inches loss, BMI decrease, weight loss %, body fat %, exercise and challenges. (yes, you will receive points for exercise minutes and completing all the challenges)
You will be eliminated if you information isn't posted by 9a.m. (Eastern Time) Saturday morning. (if you can't post on Friday or Saturday morning please post earlier)
I will post the results tomorrow.0 -

So I just updated diet/fitness profile under settings to adjust for the additional weight loss. And it lowered it by 20 calories. When I first started using the forums in September this was a big topic. Do any of you do this as well?0

:sad: I must say that I am very sad to get bumped on the first time I tried a challenge. Yes, i'm a big girl and wish you all the best. I was honest with myself. I counted my cardio exercise minutes which was 3 days of running 10 miles total for 90 minutes. I did not count the jumping jacks or crunches or swimmers press as total minutes. I didn't count Friday's activity. don't know if that would made a difference in how your calculations are arrived and to boot, I was down to 165 this morning - 4 pounds. report to you on Friday was 168.2. se la vi.

I planned on doing the zoo thing today but it was really windy so I didn't want to get my little one out in it. Love walking around the zoo.0 -
Saturday (5th) challenge done ~100 crunches & 10 mermaids / 64 oz water in // under calories
Sunday (6th) challenge done ~ 3 set of 20 wood chops with 5lb weight and 40 globe jumps / 64 oz water in // under calories /// also got the bonus challenge done today (200 crunches)
My abs are feeling all these crunches and those wood chops were crazy. I like them but I am sure I will feel that in the morning too.0 -

jellybean1971, you did amazing to complete those exercises while not feeling well. I too thought I was going to die doing them and I felt fine, well at least before I did them :laugh: I hope you are feeling better today0 -
Very busy weekend but I got all the challenges in, stayed under target calories and got that water in!!!
Also, we aren't accepting any new participants (SORRY).
