    Woo. You look good. I hope that when I lose the wieght I look that good. Way to go.

    Thank you so much. The key is the exercise, not just the clean diet but the hard core exercise. People are amazed when they hear how much I weigh. I look leaner than what the scale says. :-) I'll take that.:wink:

    Wow! I'm jealous! I'm still trying to lose my first pound!! Any tips/tricks/advice??

    Tips, tricks and advice. So many. Don't get discouraged, never give up, work hard. Make sure you're eating enough calories, zigzagging always works, a cheat meal or day once in a while will bust a plateau, exercise like a beast, hardcore cardio and strength train, do your reps to failure. Remember that two steps forward and one step back is still one step forward.

    Thanks. Yes, it's happening. My neighbor down the street glanced over and thought I was my 24 year old daughter. Of course I don't look 24 but that felt great.

    Thank you. Am I happy with how I look? Yes and no. Yes in that I've come a LONG way from where I was before. No in that I'm not done yet. Still want to lose 25 to 35 more pounds and working on more definition.
