    I ran 1 mile today and did 6 miles on a stationary bike. I'm on pace, but I have to keep doing the bike if I want to stay on track. I don't think I could do this with just running or walking.

    Everyone is doing fabulous! Keep up all the great work!
    Here is my update so far:
    11/2 - 4.5 miles
    11/3 - Zumba 75 mins (I going to equate this to a 4mile as I burn 500 cals in one session)
    11/4 - Zumba 60 mins (equating to 3 mile jog/run)
    11/5 - 5.5 miles of Elliptical, Run/Jog/Walk
    11/6 - NONE
    11/7 - Zumba 60 mins (equating to 3 mile jog/run)

    Hmmm... I'm very behind. Boo. I've completed a total of 4.5 miles. Not impressive, but I'll do it. I just have to stay on it and ride the bike more! LOL!

    Hey everyone! Wow, I have been out of MFP loop for about 5 days and I can't believe how many people are doing 100 miles in November! I'm so excited!!

    I am WAY behind though! I only have 10 miles so far! But I'll catch up :D

    I did 115 in October.. can I carry over 15 miles to november?? haha, just kidding!

    90 miles to go... in about 20 days... average of 4.5 per day... i can do this :)

    did 4 miles today! i'm at 15 (i need to step it up!)....unfortunately there have been some robberies near my gym so i'm a little scared to run outside, but the cops have it on lock down now so hopefully ill get the guts to run outside again! do run more miles outside...
    i'm also only doing running miles so as long as i get at least 75 miles of the 100 i'll be fine
