Well I don't think I get 20 miles done by Sunday. I've been pretty sick all week but starting to feel better. Gonna try to get in as many as possible.0

This is very true Julie. I just want to get 10 more miles done for the week. Definitely not pushing for more then that. Plus, it'll give me more workouting out to do next week.

Yep Mary this is exactly where I want cha to post. The week actually goes Monday-Sunday with check-ins/weigh-ins on Sunday. If you weigh in a Fridays just make sure you post your weekly weight and how many miles you walked on that day.0
