:sad: I must say that I am very sad to get bumped on the first time I tried a challenge. Yes, i'm a big girl and wish you all the best. I was honest with myself. I counted my cardio exercise minutes which was 3 days of running 10 miles total for 90 minutes. I did not count the jumping jacks or crunches or swimmers press as total minutes. I didn't count Friday's activity. don't know if that would made a difference in how your calculations are arrived and to boot, I was down to 165 this morning - 4 pounds. report to you on Friday was 168.2. se la vi.

Did C25K Week 2 Day 2 tonight (turned out to be exactly 3.1miles!!) then came back and did my daily challenge exercises.
Also did an extra 100 crunches

Got the kids booked in for the gym childcare tomorrow so hopefully I will get a good calorie burn!!

Feeling pretty good...I can't be upset with my loss but feel I am so close to my 1st mini-goal which is to be in the 100's that I need to set up my exercise. Loved the challenges this week and actually found a couple exercises that I have put into my daily routine. Looking forward to Week 3 if I have not be eliminated BUT if I do---I still plan to do the challenges because I like the extra UMPH they give me.

This was a really rough week. I am proud that I stayed under my calories, since in the past I would have just said forget it and let myself go for the week. I didn't lose any this week but didn't gain either. I am proud of this. Next week is looking up and am ready to back to the challenges and getting the weight off.0
