    Beth is there a way to send me the chart somehow? I need to post it at work. I end up doing the wrong exercise on the wrong day then I feel bad so end up doing both. My knees are killing me today!

    Beth's Angels Toning Group: Today's mission is a new exercise - 50 butterflies/backup free. I would recommend looking it up if you don't know this exercise from 30DS (Jillian). When you do this exercise, hold it for 2 sec - that will count as 1. This exercise works your back. Check in when completed!!

    You lay on your stomach with hands and arms spread apart. You raise your arms and legs at the same time - like in the flying position. You are using your back muscles to hold yourself up. Hold it fro 2 sec then drop = 1. It is also called the superman. Does this help?

    Mine are completed - 15 real ones and 35 girlie ones, and I also did my butterflies this morning because I had a very rough night last night.
