    Tues. November 8th: 1 min. bear walk, 20 leg lifts and 100 jumping jacks (26 minutes) an d under calories with 64 oz of water

    Wed. November 9th: 30 windshield wipers, 30 sets of 21's & 15 front kicks (22 minutes) and under calories with 64 oz of water

    Thur. November 10th: 3 sets of 20 wood chops, 3 sets of 20 swimmer presses (25 minutes) & 3.2 miles ran (35 minutes) and under calories with 64 oz of water

    Fri. November 11th: Check-In, Rest Day and you have to do something nice for yourself went shopping with the kids

    I have youtubed it but I can't seem to find anything there that allows you to do one leg at a time that's called leg beats...hmmm would really love to know what this exercise is...guss ill work on my burpees until i find out...

    I did 3 sets of 20 split squats 10 on each leg...if I need to to more let me know!! thanks

    if you can't find any videos substitute it with another leg exercise

    Hey all! I had a super stressful week, and was unable to get to a computer to post my stats. I have a feeling I would have been out anyway because I didn't have a whole lot of time to put into exercising, but I am proud that I stayed under my calories and didn't gain any weight. I plan to continue with the challenges and look forward to returning to the competition next month! Way to go everyone on your progress, you're all doing great! :smile: Good luck!!

    Good moring gals....How is everyone doing this morning? Hope that everyone is making healthly choices. Take one day at a time if you have a small fumble remember that tomorrow is another day and hit it hard. My goal today is to complete all 5 challenges and take Oreo (my small dog) for a long walk which she will want to run 1/2 of it. She has found a new love-running...& she loves it. She is killing me though.:smile:

    Sunday Nov 13-- OUCH ok I feel better now

    Challenge complete--> single leg bridge (15 on each leg), 100 crunches, and 5 frogs
    Also walked 5 miles and did 30 DS Level 3

    haven't done the bonus challenge yet...Think I will get started on them tomorrow.
