    :sad: I must say that I am very sad to get bumped on the first time I tried a challenge. Yes, i'm a big girl and wish you all the best. I was honest with myself. I counted my cardio exercise minutes which was 3 days of running 10 miles total for 90 minutes. I did not count the jumping jacks or crunches or swimmers press as total minutes. I didn't count Friday's activity. don't know if that would made a difference in how your calculations are arrived and to boot, I was down to 165 this morning - 4 pounds. report to you on Friday was 168.2. se la vi.

    Sat Nov 5: Challenge done (100 crunches & 10 mermaids) plus walked 4 miles, under in calories and over in water

    Sun Nov 6: Challenge done (3 sets of 20 wood chopsw/5lb & 40 global jumps) plus walked 2.5 miles, Bonus challenge done (200 crunches), under in calories, over in water

    Mon Nov 7: Challenge done (3 sets of 20 swimmer press w/3lb & 3.1 walk) -->actually walked 5 miles plus did 100 crunches, under in calories, over in water

    Tue Nov 8: Challenge done (1 min bear walk, 20 leg lifts and 100 jumping jacks) plus waked 4.4 miles and did 100 crunches, under in calories, over in water

    Wed Nov 9: Challenge done (30 windshield wipers, 30 sets of 21's w/12 bar & 15 front kicks) plus 100 crunches, 3 sets of 20 wood chops w/5lbs, 3 sets of 20 swimmer presses w/5lb, and 20 leg lifts, under in calories and over in water.

    I've completed 125 of the 200 crunches - Plan to complete the rest tomorrow!

    Wednesday and Thursday Challenges done

    Did C25K Week 2 Day 2 tonight (turned out to be exactly 3.1miles!!) then came back and did my daily challenge exercises.
    Also did an extra 100 crunches

    Under calories and over water

    Got the kids booked in for the gym childcare tomorrow so hopefully I will get a good calorie burn!!

    Weight loss is going well for this week so far, happy, happy :happy:

    Feeling pretty good...I can't be upset with my loss but feel I am so close to my 1st mini-goal which is to be in the 100's that I need to set up my exercise. Loved the challenges this week and actually found a couple exercises that I have put into my daily routine. Looking forward to Week 3 if I have not be eliminated BUT if I do---I still plan to do the challenges because I like the extra UMPH they give me.

    This was a really rough week. I am proud that I stayed under my calories, since in the past I would have just said forget it and let myself go for the week. I didn't lose any this week but didn't gain either. I am proud of this. Next week is looking up and am ready to back to the challenges and getting the weight off.

  • I have youtubed it but I can't seem to find anything there that allows you to do one leg at a time that's called leg beats...hmmm would really love to know what this exercise is...guss ill work on my burpees until i find out...

    I did 3 sets of 20 split squats 10 on each leg...if I need to to more let me know!! thanks
