Peanut butter with veggies or fruit, Black bean hummus., yogurt

For something sweet, a brownie box mix blended with a can of black beans (baked as directed on box). No need for egg or oil. Just the black beans.

I do the same with chocolate cake mix and black beans, and make drop cookies with it.

A friend will mix a pint of yogurt with protein powder then freeze it and eat it like ice cream.

snacks dont really work for me...they just dont make me full...the closest thing i have to a snack is peanut butter with two slices of whole wheat bread, some honey, and cinammon which is 250 cals total.

Had my first whey shake this morning - so filling! Made it with (fat free) milk instead of water (which is what the instructions said), mmm, yummy chocolatey goodness, and I'm still not hungry, 3 hours later.

If I have a few minutes and a toaster, pate on toast (I would eat wholemeal but I just hate the flavour, so I go with a 50/50 that also includes omega 3 as a compromise :o)

I just ate a can of salmon mixed in tzatziki sauce. Really good, 210 calories, 40g protein.

My god that sounds interesting. Srs.

I'm trying to imagine what that tastes like. I've had both separately but I only put tzatziki on gyros (which I eat regularly).

I Like Tuna or salmon mixed with hommus!!! :) I cant have dairy in my house as my son is allergic. i'd imagine it would be super yummy!! you should try with some hommus :D

All of these sounds wonderful! Thank you.

Protien powder scares me. It is huge commitment. 40 bucks for a jug of it. What if I don't like it...
