    Wow! Some fabulous losses last week! Well done Jellyfishjen, sundace2032, Jah7700, Jacki218, cobblers88, baloney17 and auntdeedee!! 3lb and more loss in a week is fantastic! :drinker: :drinker:

    I didn't lose at all last week, but am trying really hard this week to get more exercise in (was ahead of you Jellyfishjen!) as well as drink 8 glasses of water as a minimum each day - am hoping this will give me the boost I need to get a loss next week :bigsmile:

    No loss no gain. Started out really well and determined after the great loss I had had. But by the end of the week I was using it as an excuse for a reward then another reward etc. And of course the rewards were all food.:ohwell:

    Should be happy with that but on Friday I was down to 144.6 so gained 2lbs over the weekend :grumble: Ahh weekends are just so hard!! Oh well back on track today :smile:

    Did really well last week with exercise and diet (well until the weekend anyway). Starting week 3 of C25K tonight and already did over an hour in the gym this morning.

    I just want to scream as I´m so fed up with this water retention. I have a large fibroid and am waiting to have a hysterectomy therefore my cycle is all over the place and my stomach is so bloated that someone thought I was pregnant the other day, well at 50 I suppose I should be impressed that I look young enough to be pregnant I suppose!!! Think we need to change this challenge to GAIN 5lbs in November!!

    I'm so grumpy with myself. It was lower than that on Friday morning. Weekends are so hard for me. What do you all do to stay on track over the weekends with eating out and family interruptions?
