    I went up a bit 141. I dont feel too bad because I increased my strength training. Have a awesome week. I have found if I am working out regularly and drinking water two out of three aint bad...rofl

    Good luck guys! It's so nice to read about everyone hitting their goals and all of these fabulous NSVs. I really enjoy being associated with this very POSITIVE group! Well, I'm not doing as good as I thought I would; bit, hey, today marks a 10 lb weight loss for me! I'm going to keep it up and try for another 10 lb loss before this challenge is up.

    I know you suggested changing my last mini goal and end goal but I think I'm going to leave them the same. I want to challenge myself by seeing how much I actually beat my goals now. And for my mini challenge this week I started taking my vitamins again ( didn't take them ALL summer, tisk tisk) and I made sure I got my 8 glasses in ( I think I got them in everyday?) and I tried to get more rest too this week:) Have a great week everyone!

    Morning ladies! Hope everyone is well! Weight loss slowed down for me this week....but I'm still doing okay. Must admit I ate more calories this week than I have since the beginning of this challenge. This was due to having quite a few meals out this week. Totally out of the ordinary for me...and hard to calculate how many calories were actually eaten.

    Countdown for Thanksgiving has begun, and since I do most of the cooking/baking for the holiday...I want to have a decent weight loss for next Monday because the Monday after Thanksgiving may not be so good! :)

    I am weighing in at 196 again! I should have taken Sunday's weight of 195.4 . . .dang it! Nice thing--NO BUSINESS LUNCHES scheduled for this week . . .which means the gym and I have ALOT of dates this week! :)
