Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

I'm in! This is my first challenge and I'm excited! I need to fit in these dresses I bought for NYE in Vegas!!!!

Wow! This is a lot more difficult than I thought it was going to be! I worked out for over an hour and only burned 340 calories. Oh well, maybe I will go on a super long walk later to make up for the 160 calories i didn't do today so far! I have a feeling I'm going to be super sore in the morning
