YUM! Roasted red pepper sounds YUM. Plus, anything spicy is YUM YUm YUM.

I'm new to hummus. I recently tried whole foods plain hummus. It was ok. I liked the flavor but was not overly excited by the texture - theirs was just slightly grainy. I'm definitely not going to give up without trying roasted red pepper or a spicy hummus. I found hummus to be a satisfying healthy snack choice.

Tribe is pretty creamy - you might like it! And, YUM (last time I said ummmm. My bad.)

The plain hummus is what I tried first
But then I saw all the rave that the roasted red pepper hummus was getting so I bought some and I loved it. I looked for a recipe for a homemade one and made it, it's very good! Tahini isn't cheap (7 bucks for a tall jar) but it goes a long way. I will be making my own tahini once the jarred tahini is done.

I'm out, I finished mine yesterday. I don't have any lemons or garlic so I can't make more:cry::cry:

I want some though, tomorrow I'm going to the store so I can make more, then I'll be:happy:

I am not a huge fan of plain hummus myself. The added things like roasted red peppers seem to help the texture not be quite so gritty too.

    SOOOOO addicting!!

We actually found some today and picked up a container of the roasted red pepper. I was anxious to try it and had a bit on a Wheat Thin. Pretty darn good! I am hoping it 'sets' up a bit after being in the fridge though, it was a little too thin.

I would have never in a million years tried this stuff if it wasn't mentioned on here. Gonna have to try the other flavors soon.

    Wooohoooo....another addict!!

That is weird that it's too thin. I have only ever found it to be a "bean dip" type of thickness. What brand is it?
