    We actually found some today and picked up a container of the roasted red pepper. I was anxious to try it and had a bit on a Wheat Thin. Pretty darn good! I am hoping it 'sets' up a bit after being in the fridge though, it was a little too thin.

    I would have never in a million years tried this stuff if it wasn't mentioned on here. Gonna have to try the other flavors soon.

    I'm not sure what the consistency is supposed to be(I'm a hummus newbie :laugh: ), but bean dip is about what it is like. The brand name is 'Private Selection'

    I do like it, pretty good on the Special K Italian herb and tomato crackers- and a two tablespoon serving goes a long way!

    Special K crackers and Athenos roasted red pepper hummus. I absolutely :love: it. I never was a fan of red peppers, but in hummus I can't get enough of it. I too have to measure it out or else it's gone in minutes.

    La Tortilla Factory High fiber (7 grams) whole wheat wrap COVERED in my garlic and herb hummus. I can't wait for this container to be empty so I can go try a new flavor.

    I have never made it before, how do you make your own.... I make so many things from scratch that one more thing that I would enjoy to eat would be a plus!!!

    We eat the red roasted with baby carrots or carrot chips.
    Veggies dipped in veggies. Yum!

    spicy three pepper (by mediterranean) and black olive (same maker)

    OMG so good. especially the spicy three pepper.

    breakfast:
    tortilla, spread with three pepper, add 1/2 avocado, chunked up, and then a slice of havarti cheese. roll, eat, smile.
