    Good evening ladies, I didn't offiicially start our journey on Monday so I'll weigh in on Tuesday. It was the TOM this weekend so I really wasn't in the mood to exercise. I took off Friday and Saturday, had major cramps and a headache but I did do my new 10 minute solution boot camp DVD. This chick is crazy. I did 40 minutes and almost past out. It was good though since I made my husband and I a big dinner. I went of f my calories about 200 calories but not worried. If I didn't lose a pound I did work out 4 days this week and 2 pair of my size 16 jeans are literally falling off with out me unbuttoning them. I plan to do the DVD tomorrow ( 40 min) with another teacher and do the Elliptical at the gym (60min) after school. Have a blessed evening.

    Hey Brandianne, I think I'll try the interval program on the ellipitical tomorrow. thanks for the idea. How long is that program?

    Totally forgot to weigh in this morning...gotta do that tomorrow instead. I think I've gained a bit though! Hoping it's just from gaining muscle cause my clothes are fitting better so who knows?

    Hey Brandianne, I think I'll try the interval program on the ellipitical tomorrow. thanks for the idea. How long is that program?

    The interval program is as long as you want to set it unlike the weightloss one that is set to 30 minutes. I do 60 minutes and it's a workout! Try it out and good luck! :flowerforyou:

    TOM arrived yesterday for me also so I am not stepping on the scale today. I weighed in Friday for another thread and weighedd 194.5 So with that figure I have lost 2.5 pounds since last Monday. I will take that. Starting weight/goal weight/ current weight/ pounds lost this week.

    indianagranny sw/gw/cw = 210/160/194.5 -2.5 pounds lost.

    Woohoo for all the losses so far! 83 days to go. Can't believe it's been a week already.

    Well, this morning started out really nicely! I actually got all of my exercise done before heading to the bus stop with the kids. It was very hard but it's nice knowing I've got the whole rest of the morning to get caught up on the house and stuff. Now if I can just manage to get up 30 minutes earlier I can even be showered before we go. lol

    So I didn't do too well Friday because I got snacky but I did go work out! I didn't really count Saturday even though I didn't eat very bad and drank some wine. Then last night I did really bad b/c my family had a thing where I ate fried fish, potato casserole, and fried okra. :( I still expected to be under 150. I can usually get to 147 very quick without much effort and I gave a lot of effort last week!

    Oh well at least I'm down 3 and I lost 1.5" in my abdomen and 0.5" waist. Now I really doubt I'll lose 10 by May 2 so I guess I should change my mini goal.

    Like I said, I hit the gym on Sat & Sun with only wed off. usually I only go mon, tues, thurs, & fri. Those two extra days kicked it up!
