I won't be able to weigh in today but I can used my weigh in from yesterday or I could weigh in today.. I kind of want to use tomorrow to see if all my working out is turning out well! So I will update tomorrow,
But just so everyone knows when I weighed in yesterday I was down 3 pounds!!! ^_^ allowing me to finally lose my first 5!!!!! YAY!!! (sorry big step for me)

Well ladies, I'm down one lb this week. I'm glad its moving off. YAY, slowly but surely. Well.... Is anyone wondering why I may be up early???:laugh: LOL, I did a 50 min Step DVD and I jogged for 26 mins this morning. I had to make up for being a slacker yesterday. So I'm well rested and I've worked out. LOL, now that should be a lesson learned. :happy: My second half goals are to do 25 crunches a night and do 3 morning workouts a week. :flowerforyou:

So I lost 0.2!! Again, at least it's some sort of a loss!! I just ate breakfast and am going to head out for a run. it is supposed to be 65 today but its only 40something now so I hope i don't get too cold.

So my goals for the week are to get in more water, i've been slacking and since its TOM its going to be even more important. I also want to stay on my workout schedule. even if its just doing the 20 minute shred workout, there's no reason why i can't fit that in.
My challenge for the week is going to be this weekend I am going to Omaha to see some friends from undergrad because one of them is leaving for the Peace Corps in Bulgaria. I know there are lots of meals out and drinks ahead of me, and that makes me nervous!!! smart decisions though, i can do it!!!
oh I also have the goal of getting all my homework and papers done this week. :bigsmile: okay maybe not ALL of it.

sorry. i fell off at the end of last week. things got CRAZY here. the governor came to visit and we had to show him the area / talk fish... haha. but he wants to help out the area so he is funding a big research project... which is great.. but that means 100000x the work for me in the next 30... wait 25 days we have to write up the proposal / get everything in gear!!! :ohwell: so needless to say I have been a crazy person.

tamm. the pup is almost 60 lbs now!!!! he gains about 10lbs a month (about what i wish I could loose) :laugh: but he is doing really well... such a friendly happy little (BIG) guy. I just feel so bad for him though... we have socialized him really well and he is sooooo well trained but he is a BIG pup and that makes some people nervous... I just want to tell them that their little yippie dog is more likely to bark / bite them than he is (no offense to anyone with small pups... I love them too... just the people in my building that have these little things and they always complain that bandit is dangerous (they think his is a pit... so first of all he is not.... second of all is is all about how they are raised....and he is very social and LOVES people... possibly too much... I don't think he would be much of a guard dog :laugh: ) erg :grumble: people!!!! phew... had to get that off my chest... :flowerforyou:
b. mini goals it is... sorry i wasn't around this weekend.. but this week lets set some for the weekend!!! a goal for next tuesday weigh in too!!! :drinker:

Shoot... Week 4... I'll be lucky if I get back to starting weight by the end! lol Can't complain, I'm down a pound this week.
Snowday again today for the kids. Yup... 2/3 of the way through April, and the kids have a stinkin' snowday.0 -
cute kistin...even though you haven't gained much weight. looks like it might be a big baby. have they guessed at the weight yet? some doctors do. i only gained 20#s with each one, shanell was over 8#s, son over 7#. was very large tummy with both.

Well...I've gained a total of 14 pounds so far...so I'm pretty sure I will be over 20 pounds by 9 months. I'm aiming for 25-30 pounds, but read that 35 is still within the average range for my height and pre-preggo weight. The doctors haven't guessed anything yet. Maybe next week Thursday when I go in for my ultrasound...who knows!0

I was totally parched not long before I got up and I drank a huge glass of water not thinking about weigh-in so I decided I'd skip it today (who needs to weigh a 16oz glass of water anyway?!) and go with yesterday morning's check-in. I must admit I'm really frustrated with how slowly it's coming off. I really don't understand it but it's better than seeing it come back on, right?
Kristin, I love the progression pics. Aren't you glad you have them?? It's so unbelievable by the end to see the shape :happy: I can't wait for your big u/s - those are SO exciting!

OMG. I want to cry... I had this apt. all lined up for june 1st... and then the landlord starting calling me about 1000 x times a day... and my references... :noway: at first I figured he was just being carefull (wanting to make sure everything was all set)... then it just became creepy... i was carefull the entire time not to give too much information over the phone... but still it freaks me out. He was just asking weird questions (sort of personal) that a landlord would not need in any circumstance.... :huh: it is just so hard to find a place around here that accepts animals... and isn't a dump... :grumble: the search begins again.... :sad:0
