    lets see started jan 15 08 just started with pushups and sit ups and have never stop since m-f 15 to 25 min a day started gym (ymca) oct 31 08 1st since high school gym many many years ago

    Wow you look soooo good, this is very inspirational!!! I actually have about 200 pounds to lose and often times get frustrated. So I shortened my goal in 100 pound increments so that I won't feel like I will never get there. After viewing your pics, you are living proof that I can do it! Thanks so much.
