A little sad not to have lost, but i killed it at the gym with the weights upping every muscle group in pump class, so i will take that at my victory for last week week
This week may be a different story, going to have to work extra hard as we have 2 birthday dinners this week and one is at a steak house with very little healthy options and NO posted nutritional info (how is this even allowed) wish me luck0 -

But on Nov 21, I weighed myself it the scale said 141 lbs. Go figure. I just want the darn scale to keep moving down! It seems like it's stuck.0 -

11 days of eating all my meals at restaurants is taking it's toll on my body. I feel like a blared seal or something. Hopefully this will budge next week when i'm back at home.
