    Never give up. I always say that time is going to march by regardless of what you do. By this this time next year you can either be heavier, the same or slimmer. I choose the last option. What is working for me is to change up the calories by zigzagging, eat a clean healthy diet and I exercise hardcore. Sure I've had a couple of plateaus but they didn't last too long as I never gave up and fought my way through them.
