Had a better week. Does not reflect in the scales. Maybe it does--I did not gain after last weeks indulgences. Thankful for that!
Need to really work this week of the month will not have any downward movement. Gotta see some downward movement in those numbers.

Weigh in day tomorrow and for once I have no idea how I am doing as I haven't been on the scales since last week. No Thanksgiving here (in the UK) but also not much exercise so could go either way. I really really want to be at 135lbs but I don't think I have quite made it yet...0

Hi jackie, last week I didn't weigh in but I figure I ate so much for Thanksgiving that either I didn't lose or I gain...could go either way. But I will try to weigh this week, as I dont have a scale and it is hard for me to weigh in..at Walmart :blushing:0

Not a good week. Feeling a little under the weather and not really sleeping well. I haven't done nearly enough exercise and it shows. Lets see if I can shift half a pound by Thursday and get to 136 at least...0 -

I've started 30 day shred again as I need to get to 112lbs! thats my goal weight but instead of it getting closer its getting further away, In December i'm going to make sure I eat well and exercise everyday! i'm sure I can get down to 112 by boxing day!0 -
Well I've achieved my own goal that I set of 8 lb but will struggle I think to make the 10lb as at the moment i have "man flu"
sore throat, weakness etc so my gym sessions are on hold :-(

Another 1.5lbs down for me (actually lost 3.5lbs as I gained 2 lbs). Hopefully I can lose the remaining .7lbs by Thursday to make 10 but I'm really happy with the 9.3lbs so far, my biggest monthly lost yet and I've just made my weight under 15 stones.

Caught the stomach flu over the holidays. It certainly made sure that I didn't eat too much and it dropped me past that 10 pound mark for the month.
