Stayed the same this week! Have had a pretty nasty cough, so working out has been challenging! Hopefully Thanksgiving won't throw me off and I can get back into the swing! :sick:0

Starting Weight for this Challenge - 202 lbs (91.7 kg)
Goal Weight by 1st Jan 2012 - 177 lbs (80 kg)
28th November - 186.7 (84.7 kg) - which is 0.9 kg (about 2.0 lbs) lost this week.
It also means that I have met my first goal of a loss of 10 kg (about 22 lbs). WOO HOO!!!!0 -
Not weighing in this week... I'm sure its not good. I have a sinus infection so I've been taking it easy in order to get better, and with that came Thanksgiving and lots of yummy food. So...I'll get back on the wagon next week! Keep up the great work everyone!!!0

Back at this number again
Thanksgiving wasn't pretty. Going home is tough, not only for the food, but also the drinking! Good news is I went to the gym 3 times at my parent's gym - I even dragged my sister with me once and my mom with me to bootcamp!
Today starts the recovery time. I really want to at least be in the "healthy" BMI by new years (136), which is totally doable if I actually do what I'm supposed to!!

5th December - 185.0 (83.9 kg) - which is 0.8 kg (about 1.7 lbs) lost this week.
When I look ahead to how much more weight I need to lose to meet this challenge, I sigh. However I then reflect on how much weight I've already lost as part of this challenge, and I realise that that whether I meet the challenge or not, I've already accomplished a lot.
