Hi ladies,
Really don't think I'm going to see a loss this week I've seriously fallen off that slippery track and begun eating all the bad crap again that helped make me fat.
I know the reason is because I've been skipping any form of breakfast besides a tea or gum them lunch I head straight to kfc, mc donalds or to the cafe for a huge jacket potato and cheese. Don't think I've done too much damage but as of next week lunch will consist of something brought in from home be it a soup or cheese roll and dinner grilled chicken breast and veggies.
Meant to be on paleo and yes I think its good but it's making lunch difficult, so as I'm only doing a modified version and trying to limit my carb intake to 100g a day I think it will be ok to work them back into my diet.
I've also noticed since raising my calories to 1400 a day it's like I've given myself free rein to scoff and not make the best choices so as of tomorrow back to 1200.
You ladies are showing fantastic results and I'm supporting ya all the way. Also realised I forgot to add this weeks mini (oops, sorry) I'll be back on with it next month.

Not really to excuse a gain, but this week was awful! Birthday parties, 2 Thanksgiving dinners, a pulled muscle, and gym closed since Wednesday, no wonder I gained!!!

I have not weighed in yet. Too scared to be honest. I got loose during the holiday, and throughly enjoyed it!! But I am back on track. Hitting the Taebo and 30DS hard as I can. Completeing the mini challenges and Staying under my cals and drinking much water as I can stand. Best wishes to everyone!!

My personal goal: To work on that water and get it back up to at least 6 glasses a day and to work out without fail 5 days a week for minimum of an hour. I know I can do it I have before and know I will again. Major challenge set by a mfp pal to cut out all junk food. sweets & pop for 2 weeks, anyone who has read my diary know what i'm talking about.
Mini Challenge of the week:
1) Keep that water up, lets see how many can hit a gallon!
2) 2x sets of 20 toe touches

I am so sorry that I have not been around much. My family and I have been very sick. I have been stressing because of work and the holidays being right around the corner, BUT things are starting to look up. I got an awesome new job that I will be starting in January and my family and I are almost over the sickness.
I am thinking that the sickness and stress played a big part in my gain. Hopfully I can get it off soon, but I am doubting that my goal is reachable... Now for check in (ugh):
