    OK, so I am changing my goal to 80. Originally was 70, but seeing that I ended last month with more than 70, I need to challenge myself more.

  • I would like to join this challenge. I have the Walk Slim: Fast and Firm 4 Really Big Miles DVD.

    Today is my first visit to MFP in eight months. My focus for December is to improve my stamina and to feel noticeable better physically.

    My goal is to complete at least 60 miles.
