    Didn't make my goals for Nov so I am trying again in December. I am going to walk 40 miles. Just did 2 miles.

    I am in. {but I can't do jumping jacks- never could get the legs to cooperate with the arms - LOL} Goal is 60 miles and all the other exercises. Great challenge idea

    Ditto, except my Goal will be 50 miles- I will try to get the jumping jacks in - or a modification thereof (I call them Jennifer Jacks as the jumping is a bit crazy and uncoordinated, like me :-)

    This is a perfect challenge for me as I just told my husband that with the craziness of December, I need to force myself to get exercise in before work, but it will have to be something fast and not too complicated so I decided on Leslie with maybe the ocasional easy circuit train day.

    I have already gotten 5 in for Leslie so far this month so 45 more to go :-)

    Monday December 5, 2011: 2 miles from Leslie 5 Day Slim Down (Miles 1+2)
    Others: Completed 45 Squats
    To go: 45 miles

    3 Fast Miles, 20 jumping jacks and 20 squats (I couldn't remember what the extra challenge was)
