    Great topic.

I used to water ski a lot. I want to water ski with my kids.

I want to be able to stuff a basketball again.

It will take time, but I'll get there. 90 lbs gone and a ways to go. That's ok... I made the mess, I'll clean it up.

To feel confident enough to move forward in my relationship with my boyfriend, when the time is right.

To fit into a size 14 or 12 pair of jeans again

To complete a Race for Life 5K

Wear a dress on Valentines Day (if things keep going well with my boyfriend)

Wear a dress to my graduation in July.

Incidentally, I have a lovely boyfriend, who when I told him my intentions to lose weight said, "I'm fully behind you in whatever you choose to do, but can I just say, I love you just as you are." That made me smile but I know I need to do something about my size.

Mine is to wear a large shirt (which I now do) and have a 36" waist. I'm currently wearing a 38 so I'm almost there. My holiday goal is to weigh the same on January 1st as I did on December 1st. We'll see how that goes lol.

I have no scale goal. (Admittedly I do have a long term body fat percentage goal of 18-20%. In a year maybe I'll go get a dexa scan or whatever it's called...)

My goal: Deadlift 150% of my body weight (225lbs)
    (Currently lifting 165lbs)

I hope that someday I can take my shirt off without anyone becoming nauseous. Or crying.

I have a skinny outfit squired away on my closet. When I can fit it, I'll know I've made my goal. My other goal is to be in a bikini by June 2012. That requires a toned physique and a flat stomach (defined abs optional).
