    Hello All, I am still plugging away at this weight loss!! I set my goal pretty high, and I don't think that I will make it, but I am not giving up!! Congrats to everyone for hanging in there!! We can do this.

    Week 8 (11/13)- 216 (-3) Bought Wii Fit Plus to help bump up through the holidays!
    Week 9 (11/20)- 216(0) (-2) Added EA Sports Active Personal Trainer for Wii
    Week 10 (11/27)-215(-1) (-6). Lost a pound on THANKSGIVING WEEK! WooHoo! New low WI for me.

    Good morning! My weigh-in is 165.2 today, so down a total of 18 for the challenge :) I'm so excited to reach 162, which would be the healthy BMI mark for me! I definitely want to get there by Christmas. I still want to reach my goal, 160; 5.2 lbs in 3 weeks can be done, but it will be hard with the holidays! I know I will make it to the gym, but I've got to watch the Christmas goodies! :) I hope everyone else has a good weigh-in today.

    Hey everyone, I know it has been a long time since I have posted and I have missed a few weigh-ins BUT I AM HEREEE. I just wanted to check in and catch up on some posts!! I am so proud of us! I am yo-yoing right now between 238 and 240, it is so frustrating!! My goal weight is 230 and I want to get to that so bad..but you know what I got into a size 18 last week..it has been 4 years since I have been in a size 18!!

    hey all ~ I haven't posted in quite some time. I went a bit haywire but am now back on track. I entered my weight in the excell sheet and am happy to say I'm down 5 pounds. Hope all are on task, doing well and working it !!!!!!

    I haven't been "chatting" much here in the group, but have been paying attention to our chart and AWESOME work everyone! :flowerforyou: and to think we are almost there! Only 9 days to go!!

    Blah, fell off the workout wagon, but still doing good with food so stuck in maintenance. Trying to get motivated to get moving again. :( I know I won't make my goal though.

    My weigh in today was 163, from 164.8 last week. I'm still hoping to get to the healthy weight mark by this last weigh in...1 more lb!! :) thanks everyone for all the support & encouragement! I'm definitely up for the next challenge.

    Merry Christmas, everyone!!! :) weigh in today was 159! I lost 4 lbs this week...don't ask me how! I'm a healthy BMI now AND I met my goal of 160 lbs by Christmas!!! Now I want to get into the 140s by Valentine's Day!! :)

    didn't quite make my goal but I did lose enough that I continue to feel modivated and focused. Valentine's Day - bring it on. :devil:
