Week 10 (11/27)-215(-1) (-6). Lost a pound on THANKSGIVING WEEK! WooHoo! New low WI for me.

Good morning! My weigh-in is 165.2 today, so down a total of 18 for the challenge I'm so excited to reach 162, which would be the healthy BMI mark for me! I definitely want to get there by Christmas. I still want to reach my goal, 160; 5.2 lbs in 3 weeks can be done, but it will be hard with the holidays! I know I will make it to the gym, but I've got to watch the Christmas goodies! I hope everyone else has a good weigh-in today.0

Hey everyone, I know it has been a long time since I have posted and I have missed a few weigh-ins BUT I AM HEREEE. I just wanted to check in and catch up on some posts!! I am so proud of us! I am yo-yoing right now between 238 and 240, it is so frustrating!! My goal weight is 230 and I want to get to that so bad..but you know what I got into a size 18 last week..it has been 4 years since I have been in a size 18!!

My weigh in today was 163, from 164.8 last week. I'm still hoping to get to the healthy weight mark by this last weigh in...1 more lb!! thanks everyone for all the support & encouragement! I'm definitely up for the next challenge.0

Merry Christmas, everyone!!! weigh in today was 159! I lost 4 lbs this week...don't ask me how! I'm a healthy BMI now AND I met my goal of 160 lbs by Christmas!!! Now I want to get into the 140s by Valentine's Day!!0
