A soccer mom secretly wanting to revamp her partying days, but just can't because everyone else's schedule is always put above hers. After this she decides to use her powers for good, and takes the name Kate Warne, the first female private detective to work for the Pinkerton Detective Agency. Her memory reading skills prove to make this a rather easy job and soon becomes the richest woman in America.
She becomes reclusive for the next 44 years but makes a showing for new years eve 1899... Mysterious powers latch onto her temporal instability, sucking her to stone henge in England where she lands with such force a large standing stone at Stonehenge is knocked over, (that was the last time one has fallen)!
Dramatic thunder and lighting and other such special effects completely fail to occur. Kate simply wakes up in a strange bed on Jan 1st 2000, unaged since the day she first appeared. This time is different though. She has woken in the home of a childless couple who would dearly have loved a daughter... The memories of their imaginary child become her own - and those memories swirl outward touching everyone around her - as if it had forever been this way.0 -
