5'9' Current weight is 249
Just joined today!! So I'm going to need some friends and encouragment
Goal weight is 160 pds.
I don't have a goal for that yet hopefully this time next year.
My first goal is to be 180 by July 31st , my wedding, in Jamaica!!!!0 -
5'7" and around 12stone (err, 168 lbs) depending on which scales I'm weighed on!0

I am 5' 7". I started at 203 in May 2010, Reached my Goal of 140 in August 2011. Been doing Maintenance between 136 and 140 since then. Have gone from a size 18/20 slacks to a size 6/7 (and a few 5s). Waist is now 29, a couple inches more than I would like, but considering my age etc. it is not going to stress me much.0

starting weight- 178
current weight- 162 (14 weeks)
goal weight- 150
in college at my tiniest I weighed 145- so i don;t think 150 is unreasonable- I'm not a small framed gril and I have huge boobs, so that doens't help!!!0 -

Goal Weight 150, maybe a little less when I get there...The site says my target weight range is 128.9-174.3. I still feel like I can lose more (especially in the belly after two kids), but I just can't fathom being in the 130 range at my height. Last time I was that weight was before two kids and I was skin and bones...0 -

Goal weight 145 (because it is smack dab in the middle of my "healthy weight zone" of 123-169)
When I get to 145 I'm going to Florida. I hope to do that by Spring Break...but really within the next 6 months is fine!
My mom says I can't weigh 145 (perhaps because we have a similar build and she doesn't think she can weigh 145). My sister who is 5'6" weighs 142--but she is getting flabby in college. Well, my mom said I couldn't run a half marathon last summer and I did that, so I'm going to do this too.0 -

goal weight -- 118 lbs to 120 lbs

5'3" starting & highest weight was 219lbs in July '11. Current weight is 190lbs. My goal weight is between 135 and 140. Honestly I'm happy each time I see the scale move significantly.0

Reached Goal weight of 130 lbs in early Nov
Current weight 128 lbs

I am 5'3" and 50 years old.
My starting weight back in June was 252.
Today I am at 204. (48 pounds down)
I will be out of the "obese" BMI category when I get to 169,
I will be at a "healthy" BMI when I get to 141.
My target weight is 135. (69 lbs to go)
My happiness is not (and never has been) based on my weight. I am happy today, but fully understand that I need to eat better, exercise and lose the weight to be healthy.0 -

Actually got down to 195 at one point but then started lifting heavier weights and adding calories. The 10lbs Ive added is fairly lean body mass that Im very happy with.0 -
If you are 5'8' then 120 to 135 lbs is too low. I am pretty slim and athletic and am 5'6 and 130 lbs. They say add 5 lbs for each inch. So, you would be very healthy, fit at about 140 lbs. And be happy NOW . You have accomplished a lot already. Don't wait to be happy later when you reach your goal.0
